Ali Robertson

Producer

Ali has led or co-led venues, festivals and companies including the Cork Midsummer Festival in Ireland, the Tobacco Factory Theatre in Bristol – a regular haunt of Living Spit – and the much-missed Kneehigh in Cornwall. He has produced over 200 shows that have travelled to every continent except Antarctica. The majority of these have been theatre and among them have been plays that have won or been nominated for awards including Off-West End, Oliviers and Sky Arts. Recently he has produced steadily more dance work, including the globally touring Samsara, and he seems to be getting away with that. He loved programming Living Spit shows when he was at the Tobacco Factory and jumped at the chance to start working with them in 2018.
